Tanios Toni Kawas did not have a son from his first marriage. When his first wife passed away, he remarried with Bahia Nemer and made a promise to St-Anthony that when he will have a son, he will dress him up as a Franciscan for one year.
To honor his promise, we can see Joseph Tanios Toni dressed as a Franciscan. Beside him is Labib (one of the maids)
